TELUS Garden Lobby & Koi Pond
  • Located at the corner of West Georgia and Richards Street is a 24-storey signature office building comprising of 500,000 square feet of new, best-in-class office space. Architectural elements include a spectacular double height wood sculpted roof and glass encased lobby with flourishing gardens, a pristine plaza, cantilevered 4 storey sky gardens, a rooftop forest and expansive green roofs.

  • nSite BMS has been involved with Telus Garden since its construction up to present. Tasked with integrating BMS (Building Management Systems), lighting, surveillance and many other base building systems, nSite has been working with the property owners to ensure smooth and premium building performance to serve its premiere tenants since 2015.

TELUS Garden Office Tower

  • LEED Gold certified residential tower located at 777 Richards St, the heart of Downtown Vancouver. Built in 2015, this modern skyscraper rises 53 floors, housing 424 Vancouver condos equipped with an intelligent heating and cooling system.

    Garden Residences offers a range of amenities including the Yoga Wellness Centre for holistic health, a state-of-the-art gym, and a heated outdoor pool for year-round relaxation. Nestled on the prestigious Robson Street, it stands as a beacon in the Downtown Entertainment District, surrounded by top-tier sports arenas, fine dining, and exceptional shopping experiences. With easy access to nearby SkyTrain stations, residents are seamlessly connected to the city’s dynamic attractions.

  • nSite BMS has been steadily involved with the building's system upgrade and updates that include HVAC, heating and cooling plant supply and various other mechanical system upgrades in recent years. in 2023, nSite was awarded the contract to replace and upgrade the entire HVAC system including both the residential floors and the prime commercial floors with state-of-the-art IoT devices that allow for centralised and adaptive system performance.

Garden Residences

  • Constructed in 1974, Cottonwood Mall was Chiliwack City’s first regional shopping centre. The mall was purchased in 2017 by PCI Developments, marking the beginning of a new era of development for the property. PCI committed to a 30 million dollar renovation, the largest capital investment in the malls 45 year history.

  • With the task of updating an aging building system, nSite BMS was able to deploy a decentralized wireless BMS system involving a live switchover. All devices (both lighting and HVAC) are integrated into an intuitive mobile interface allowing staff to monitor and operate all parts of the integrated system remotely.

  • Owned by the City if Vancouver, the PNE grounds contains several large buildings, exhibition halls and indoor arenas. The Pacific Coliseum is multi-purpose arena that holds 15,713 permanent seats, while the PNE Agrodome is a smaller indoor arena with 3,000 permanent seats, with provisions to expand up to 5,000 seats. Entertainment facilities includes the Garden Auditorium, a building that features a built-in stage and dance hall. The PNE grounds also feature amphitheatre with bench-style seating for 4,500 visitors.

    The PNE's vision for sustainability includes three pillars: Zero Waste, Green Buildings and Green Lifestyles.

  • nSite BMS deployed and integrated a series of IoT smart building sensors throughout the fairgrounds and built a responsive dashboard to monitor all important data.

    These sensors measure:

    • Sound/Noise Levels

    • Vibration Intensity

    • Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)

    • Outdoor Weather Conditions

    • Water Leak Detection

Pacific National Exhibition (PNE)

  • Boasting over 20 branches throughout the lower mainland, BC, Trevor Linden Fitness in Chilliwack is the biggest branch to date with 30,000 sq.ft. of space. This state-of-the-art fitness facility includes an infrared sauna and heat therapy rooms.

  • nSite BMS deployed intelligent, connected controllers that controls all rooftop units in the facility. nSite also deployed multiple long-range wireless network bridges to integrate the facility into the main property owner's dashboard for better maintenance service routines.
